Could they have been more vague? Las Vegas blvd. spans miles.

They made it easy for SL, and difficult for LV, lol.

Can you be anymore more whiney? FYI, Forest Park is a big place. Numerous places to hide the X. It isnt like a school playground.

Think logically about it and you can narrow it down. They will not put it in a casino for 2 reasons, the 21 age limit and no camera policy. That leaves restaurants/out in the open. To hot to be outside. So its inside. It wont be in a big restaurant as they dont want alot of people scurrying around while others are eating. So look for a smaller place. That would be my guess. And since I never been to LV, couldnt help more than that.

*ohh, and somewhere you dont need to pay to park

the one in Forest Park was RIGHT WHERE THE GPS said it would be. It was in the grass across the road..

And it still took them 15min to find it.

Edit: To be reasonable, Forest Park is 2 Sq miles which is much bigger than Central Park in NY.

And this one is gonna be in the HOJO lobby. Or I would assume. Would suck if you needed to rent a room for the night to get it :)

yes because my wife was downtown waiting until the GPS coordinates came in. people were running around looking everywhere when she pulled up. She was walking across the street when the guy found it. I was using GOOGLE maps on my laptop to get her there so yes it took a few minutes to get to the Muny from downtown..

Jose Larrea found Droid X #1 at the Little White Wedding Chapel in Las Vegas today at 1:25pm PST. Stop by for 1 hour to see the phone!

Wasn't me, I looked right where he found it before he found it, behind the license plate of a pink Cadillac. I should have pulled that license plate, but I didn't want to break anything.

Plus it was outside in 109 degree heat, and I fell off my bike getting there. Road Rash FTW!

At First I was thinking Fashion Show Mall or Stratosphere, so I stayed between them at the corner of Las Vegas Blvd. and Sahara Ave. Good thing too, it put me no more than 4 min. away on my bike. I was literally the second one there (I'm still wondering how that lady with the baby got there so damn fast, she must have already been there to begin with, lol).

By the time that guy found it, there was about 20-25 people looking for this thing. And I'm still kicking myself for not pulling that license plate!!! Can't believe it, I literaly looked around every corner and crevise on the back of that Caddy and decided not to pull the license plate just in case (it's an old pink Caddy they just have there for decoration).

Oh well, I got to play with the Droid X a little, and I must say; while it is a nice device (Beautiful big screen and plenty powerful), it did lag on the home screens quite a bit (I'm guessing it was all those damn Moto Blur widgets they had running on like each one of the 7 Home screens).

Nice consolation though, $20 gift card. I'll just use that on my next monthly bill, lol.

The morale of the story is: "Tear up the place with no concern for what damage you may cause".

Oh man, you should have stuck around:

Vegas has a winner! The previous winner was an employee of the location and graciously bowed out. The new winner is Obed Berzoza Carreon.
