New 4.1.2 Update question?

I just loaded the new JB update 4.1.2 "rooted and unlocked", my question is now when I enable driving mode "verbal notification", when someone texts me I receive the name of the person and the whole text message, previously the only verbal notification I would receive was the persons name but not the whole message, is this something new in the 4.1.2 update.
