Needs help deodexing ICS leak

Can someone help me I've used about 2 tools but always has errors. =( I have the 1% battery mod ready to release, but I don't know how to deodex the new leak. Thanks!

Here is a link to the framework which i deodexed fine but having issues with the apps right now.

Thanks how did you deodex it adb or baksmali i guess
Also services.jar needs to be deoxeded for rhemes mods etc.

i used the newest version of xultimate.
