Need to dictate letters to email, for a typist to email back to me

I'm trying Recordit app. The typist was windows pc and says she can't play a 3gpp file. So will try later - doing it as a wav. Any other apps to recommend. How does she play a 3gpp sound file on windows pc? Any tips to recommend?
