Need Help!

I am rooted w/ SC 2.9.2 and want to know how to install a theme on my phone. If someone could help me out with this and write some kind of step by step process on how to do this I would REALLY appreciate it. I dont know too much about all of this & was only able to root my phone because of the great, easy to use instructions instructions listed on this forum. Any help or advice on this would be greatly appreciated!

Tapout has one with a list of themes somewhere in here that does just that.. I'll see if I can find it.
