Need help installing BlurHome2.apk

I downloaded the Broid Bionic system dump to get it's launcher and install it on my Droid X2 because i like the interface more and i don't need the 2 extra home screens. i'm have trouble installing it. Everytime i try regular app istallation, it fails and adb push isn't working either. i keep getting permission denied messages. am i doing something wrong?

yes it's a system apk
need to copy and paste, to system apps, and fix permissions
and it may not be compatible
