Need file for motorola weather 2.3.4 and motorola news 2.3.4

I did a backup and uninstall of com.motorola.blur.news and com.motorola.blur.weather and now I can't get titanium backup to restore these two files. The versions are 2.3.4. While searching I stumbled upon a thread in droid x forums where the same thing happened to a member and someone who had done a nandroid backup was able to use an app to pull the files and then send them to the member that had uninstalled them. Any help is greatly appreciated!
