heres my droid ive had for a few months now, not too happy with the battery life in general, but with enough tweaks and such i got 2 days and 5 hours off a single charge.

im running android 2.1, nexbeast 1.0, helix launcher, 600 mhz

as you can see i had 1h 47min of screen time, and 49 min of talk time.

i did some web browsing, texting, emailing, and even some google maps.

also this is with the stock verizon battery!

waait does that mean that for over 2 days, you had the screen on for less than 2 hours?

I don't don't really check specifically, but I get a day and a half at least running 1250 kernel on performance, FroYo, and the screen on medium brightness for a lot of the time. Oh, and install JuiceDefender. It helps a ton with the battery.

Did you know you can also make phone calls with your Droid? I only say that because you didn't mention voice calls when you were saying how you were using the droid. I had a full charge at 6:00 pm tonight and by 9:00 from heavy web usage and using c:geo I was almost dead battery.

hmmmm the guess the picture that says "voice calls" isnt very self explanatory......

a good habit is to check your status light to see if you have notifications, instead of turning the screen on every time!

umm not necessarily, i think it does other things, but it cant turn off the 3g radio for verizon (cdma) networks

oo looking at juice defenders change log, looks like they finally got it working on cdma networks, hmmm maybe ill get 3 days off a charge
