I was using my phone this morning, put it down, and when I went to check it again, it was off. I tried turning it on, as sometimes it turns itself off randomly, and it wouldn't respond at all. When plugged into charger, it either gives me a battery icon with a question mark, or simply a loop of the M logo, repeating but not actually turning on. I've tried resetting it (power, down, power, x, power, shift, delete, x), nothing works! I've only had this phone for a week. There appears to be no battery damage. Can anyone help?
