Motocast on Razr

I have an icon in the upper left of my screen waiting to auto upload images back to my computer. When I click on it, it says my device is offline. The thing is, my computer is not offline. I can access all my files through motocast, but it won't do this upload. Does anyone else have this issue? How do I fix this?
