It seemed to me that CleanROM needed some more blue. So I added some.

1% battery icon
Custom blue icons for 3G/4G, Wifi, Alarm clock, Lock screen, etc...

Nice work. My only issue is the "vibrate only" notification bar icon. Why the blue on white coloring?

My bad...I'll upload the fixed one. I worked on this a bit more and probably stumbled on that a while ago.
