So, I loaded the 4 way boot mod and 15 second timeout lockscreen mod...the 4 way boot mod went just fine, but can't find the 15 second timeout mod in the display setting anywhere. Any suggestions?

Once you flash it it's already enabled .. just press the power button to get the keyguard up and the light should go out after 15 seconds instead of 5 seconds

I just flashed it and it is 15 seconds .. is it only 5 seconds for you? I would try reflashing if it is.. are you running MIUI?

I was trying to install CIA bootanimation and was did not succed yet. I apololgize any confusion I might have caused...I will appreciate any help in installing bootanimation

Trying to install CIA loading one... I am trying to open the zip and put the bootanimation.zip only in the system/media using root explorer... see if that works..

Yeah that's where it should go .. data/local doesn't work .. I'll try flashing to see if the CIA one works on mine

*edit* just tried downloading on my phone and flashed through ROM manager and it worked .. maybe it was a bad download . let me know if moving it through Root explorer worked

No unfortunately I deleted the theme file in a process to format the SD card, anyhow i believe that if I reinstall the theme it will replace the boot anyways... and then I will have the same issue again... thus skipping the theme reinstall

you could also replace the boot animation in the theme with the CIA one if you really like the theme

wow . umm .. ok .. so disable wallpaper scrolling is working .. now the downside .. cant be flashed, has to be pushed by ADB ..

*edit* launcher2 file is up in OP under disable wallpaper scrolling

And, you can replace the boot animation after the theme is installed as well by putting it in either /data/local or /system/media. Depending on which folder you put it in you may or may not have to delete the old one.

DJ when you get a minute can you try a boot animation in /data/local and see if it works. It wouldnt work for me. I know i have put it there for other ROMS and it works fine. Don't know if for some reason it wouldnt work for me or if its an MIUI thing.
