For folks who were excited to get hold of Microsofts cool Xbox SmartGlass app a week or so ago, you may have been disappointed to find out it only supported smartphones at that time. It was possible to side-load the app and get it running on your Nexus 7 (or other 7-inch) tablet, but there was no official support for this. Luckily Microsoft has rectified that situation today. They just updated the Xbox SmartGlass app and it now supports 7-inch tablets as well. The update also fixes specific crashes tied to the achievements and settings screens.
