MHL to HDMI FTW

Well Christmas is upon us and my family wanted to watch a Christmas movie. I remembered that the Android market was offering movies for 99 cents. Well I decided to rent "The Christmas Story" and test out my MHL adapter. Well let me tell you that not only can I stream to my HD tv it is HD quality which looks great on my 60".

here is a link to monoprice. cheapest around.
i ordered the newer one but the reviews for the older(lower number) are good.
only ones i found locally are htc and all i saw where bad reviews and i have always had great luck with monoprice.
ill let you all know how it works when it gets here.

edit: removed monoprice link. sure its just a bad part since their stuff has always been great. but got the mhl adapter today and it continuously glitches in and out. unusable. could be the phone i guess but doubting it. will have to figure out a way to test it out tommorow with another adapter not sure where to get locally though.

How fast does it kill your battery? That kinda sucks you can't charge at the same time. My HDMI was to close to the USB to have both in at the same time when I had the bionic

how does audio work? im assuming audio via HDMI.. my dumb reciver doesnt do audio via HDMI.. i suppose i could use the headphone jack as the out?

The adapter has a micro Usb input port for power. The Phone is charging while connected....
