Metamorph and UD 2.5

I'm trying to use metamorph to change the battery icon..it just gets stuck on applying the new subtheme...it doesn't move on from that..ive waited up to ten minutes..no luck..even rebooted and still not working..it worked fine on 2.4..Any ideas? I wonder if it has something to do with the difference in build numbers..

I don't think so..
try: fix permissions
reinstalling 2.5 over top again
reinstalling metamorph
punt....

I don't think so..
try: fix permissions
reinstalling 2.5 over top again
reinstalling metamorph
punt....
