Messed up my Inc 2 accidental deletion

I accidently deleted a Google program from my Inc. 2. Now my weather doesn't load, my default internet browser is no longer installed and so is my FM Radio app. I can't figure out if a hard reset would reinstall that Google program or not. I'm in a real pickle guys. And its my own fault. Any suggestions?

How did you delete it? Like titanium back up or what program?
And yes if the program came on the phone a factory reset would restore it
