Menu button does not work since firmware update

Hi all,
Verizon pushed a firmware update to my device on Oct 29. it is 2.11.605.5. My device status screen says "Update Successful" and Code 200.

BUT, now my MENU button does not work in any program, or even on the home screen. When I push it, I get the small vibration feedback but nothing happens.

Please help.
