Menu and Home buttons not lighting up

Last week I received a replacement Maxx from Verizon. The refurbished phone works well EXCEPT two of the four bottom hard buttons do not light up. Is there a way to fix these or should I have Verizon ship out another phone?

Hmmmm .. I've not heard of a way to fix something like that. Only thing I could suggest is trying a factory reset. But, I think you may be on your way to another replacement ...

That's what I'm thinking...............factory reset is a major PIA
