Mass Storage not available.

So I have been trying to connect my phone to my laptop via USB to transfer files. But whenever I plug it in I only get a option for my external storage, not my internal which is really bothering. Debuging on and off. (Just experimenting to get in connected.) Any Help? I want to transfer my files before I flashboot. So yeah I'm on 2.3.6.

Sometimes I have to wait a minute or so for it to pop up. If that doesn't work, try to take the sd card out, restart phone, then try.

Yeah I wait upto 20 minutes lol. A question, I have no issues with the External storage, only the internal, so how does taking out the external SD card out help? but I'll go try that out anyways.
