mass storage mode ?s

I have read somewhere that when you plug your bionic in that you should get 3 drives, the internal sd the sd and a cd partition that installs software??

When i plug in I always get the 16GB sd and maybe 1 out of 10 times get the internal sd to mount. Is that normal or am i doing something wrong.

Also is there a way to get it so that is does not launch my web browser everytime its plugged in??

I did notice your reply there and appreciate it. I re-posted here thinking i might get a answer then intended to delete the other post but could not see a way to do it.
