Major lagging on my droid.

I'm trying to figure out how to stop my droid from lagging so much. When I say lagging I mean when ever I use a app it takes forever for the homescreen to load up after I close it. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I'm running:
Droid 1
Cyan 6
P3droid 7 slot low voltage 1250
No taskkiller

Try a cache cleaner (free in market) or try a different rom. When I had Cyanogen it realy slowed my phone.

Thanks, I just did that and hit fix permissons on rom manager and its running good again.
