How to determine what's causing a lag on my Droid?

My Droid has always ran quite quickly and smoothly, but for the past two days, there has been a noticable lag. It's almost like a PC will occasionally run when you haven't rebooted in a while. Everything works, it's just slower than I'm used to.

I am trying a reboot now, but I know that many people say that reboots aren't neccessary on a regular basis for the Droid (I rebooted yesterday morning). I'm wondering if it may be a certain program...but I'm unsure how to determine which one it is.

Start uninstalling one by one, and keep a list. Guess and check.

List the apps that you have running in the background and we can probably point it out.

You can try a battery pull. But some people say it does nothing.
