MAJOR issue here neep help

I am having problems with my mobile network not working ive had the sim card replaced 3 times by verizon and each time it stays on 3g and is weak but as soon as i turn the phone off i lose service altogether and dont get it back for hours right now i have no service and have had no service for about 2 days now verizon has no clue and motorola does not help me at all i did root the phone to see if i could get a rom or something that could fix it but i have had no luck please if any one coud help let me know i will give more info if needed
