Network Message from Caller Name ID

I have added a service from Verizon called "Caller Name ID". When I get a call a little box pops up called network message and tells me the name of the person calling. But the box stays on the screen very briefly, and so if I don't happen to be looking at the screen as soon as it rings I miss it. I would like to be able to see this network message even if I don't happen to be glancing at the screen as soon as the phone rings.

Any help would be appreciated.
