LTE Phone with Physical Keyboard???

I dunno im really trying to give the Thunderbolt a chance. I believe 4" is my sweet spot. Anyone know if and when there will be a LTE phone with a physical keyboard thats 4"?

At this point, LTE capabilities make the phone thick. You can see this by the size comparisons of the X and TB. I'm not sure if they will reasonably be able to fit LTE and a keyboard on a phone, at least for awhile until they can fine-tune the technology or make a super thin keyboard.
