lost root on Sprint s3 after update to 4.1.2

I used OneClickRoot to root my phone and used supersu as my super user app. I was stupid though and didn't know that I had to protect my root. So after updating to 4.1.2 I no longer have root access. When I try to use the OneClickRoot software, it says I'm already rooted. Supersu says that there is no binary installed. I'm inexperienced with android rooting so I'm confused on what to do. Any help is appreciated
