Lost root access

I thought I would give this a try. I have wiped phone but I receive the message when I run Titanium backup that root access has failed. I have the super User icon on my phone. also I have turned on install of unknown sources and usb debuggging any ideas what I am doing wrong? thanks. Figured it out I had to allow it access my bad sorry

open superuser, select TiBu and "forget" try again

also try to run fix permissions in Rom Manager
