led notification not working on CM 6 rc2

I just did a fresh wipe and install for CM 6 rc2. Everything is working beautifully but I've noticed that the led doesn't work (screen on or off) on any other application other than google apps. I'm not sure if its because of the led colors. Does anyone else have this problem, a fix, or am I doing something wrong?

AIM has flashed a red LED when I get an IM, so has Facebook.
Did you try wiping data/cache and reflashing the rom?

Ok I jumped the gun on the ALL apps. I tried AIM and I get the red LED.

Edit: I changed the color on K9 to another color and it worked so only K9s purple (default) led notification doesn't work.
