LED notification light?

Hi all. I finally upgraded from the original Motorola Droid to the Droid 3, and I've noticed that I only get the green LED notification when I'm received new emails/messages when the screen is locked. I've looked everywhere but I can't find a setting for the light to blink when the screen is not locked. Is there a setting or an app out there that could help me? Thanks.

The original Droid was the same way, Green for email/txt/notifications but only when screen is off.

Light Flow Led Control (lite or paid version) will work.

Hi, I don't quite know how to help but I can tell you that as long as you aren't in an app where your notification bar isn't visible, there should be icons that let you know if you have a text message and or email etc
