In case you were wondering just how safe the Note 7 will be for enterprise after the Samsung recently admitted that Samsung Pay is hackable have no worries Knox 2.7 ensures the device is completely safe for businesses to use. The latest version of Knox uses Call Flow Protection to defend against kernel attacks primarily. Knox 2.7 is what makes secured folders on the Note 7 possible. The secured folder is a separate encrypted folder where work documents with sensitive information can be stored. The Iris scanner adds one more layer of protection since it is more accurate than a fingerprint. The latest version of Knox also gives IT admins the ability to send firmware udpates over the air to ensure all company devices are running the latest software. This is shaping up to be a very capable enterprise device.

I was considering, perhaps, the Note 7 as a possible replacement for my Nexus 6P next year. Now I'm having Note 4 flashbacks.
