DT - When is the update coming. Been waiting for what seems like forever. Also im running 5.7.893 and does that mean i dont need to worrie about the new ota since my version is higher?
so you signed up for df, just to come here and ask about when an update is coming out? the update will come when it does, it does no good asking when, you are only going to piss people off doing that.
I don't have any issues w/ 1.0 so I don't know why the concern for an update, unless I am missing something here that others are having problems with.
Safe strap?where can I get this?

I'm having an issue, and I don't know what to do about it (if anything).
I downloaded the 5.893 update to the Bionic before I did anything with (or even found out about) forever root, then forever rooted it, and have been attempting to flash this after following the OP's instructions to the letter ever since. Every time I did, no matter what steps I took beforehand (5.5.886 -> 5.5.893 -> 5.7.893 most recently; tried 886 -> this and 893 -> this also), I'd find myself stuck at the Motorola M boot logo and it seems to stick there no matter how long I leave it alone (as the OP said to do, "INSTALL THE ROM AND WALK AWAY").
Is this normal? Did I do something wrong? Does anyone know of a solution to this problem?
Also, sorry if this has been answered already, but I couldn't find anything on the subject before posting.
Please help.

are you using either Bootstrap or Safestrap? You will need either one of those to flash a custom rom. You don't need to worry about flashing any of the leaked updates, Kin3tx will install over any version you are on.
