MattyP does great work around here, but in the interest of credit where credit is due, he did not create the razr utility. That honor belongs to mattlgroff. No big deal, just wanted to correct the record
ThanK You I thought they were one in the same Matt. My bad. I plead noob status.. I thought Matt P had posted that there were no way to go back from jelly bean to ice cream sandwich. I could not tell via the post weather he was serious or joking. I need to go back to Ice Cream Sandwich and make sure I have all of my busy box and superuser binary is up to date that was my problem with maintaining roote through my update. Any insight as to wheater or not I can revert jelly bean back to ICS.211 and if not why not? Thank you. .

Just like when we went from gingerbread to ics, there is no going back. I the answer if why lies with our locked bootloader. We can fastboot back from a different version e.g. .215 back to .211. But once we have a new OS we're stuck there
I haven't been able to keep up on this thread much but for clarification you have to be on .211 not .215 to install Jelly Bean right? I am stock and unrooted.

That is correct. If you want root on jelly bean, you need to root and protect before upgrading because there Is no root method as of now. Foxkat has a instructional thread for doing this here
Thank you, I just actually started reading everything and understand now. I do believe I will wait for the update to come OTA, really don't want to risk screwing my only phone up. Thanks again!

I see. Thank you. Soooo....could I install an updated version of busy box and superuser w/updated binary? Seems that us the only thing u did not do right. Also, I thought you had to be rooted to use sqlite and change entitlement... is this true?
Ok 1 problem I've come across with jb update, it made MANY repeats of my contacts, anyone know how to delete them so i can get a fresh pull from back- up assistant? I don't want to do a FDR just want to fix my contacts
Yeah, it did the same thing for me too. In some cases, I have four of each contact, especially my favorites. I spent about an hour last night going through them and deleting the duplicates.
