It is. But the more Motorola advertises it on their own, the more I feel secure it will actually happen. So I'm glad they're advertising it this much!

I got this email too indicating , "the Android 4.1 (Jelly Bean) upgrade will be available in coming months." Can Sam or "sarge..." confirm this might really happen?
