Issues or virus infected?

Since I bought my phone I had issues with te internet cinections, fail at sending messages, very low reception...and loose of signal.....is it infected (if its true) or defective ....I already called tech support and all they did is reset the software...

Maybe you're in an area of bad coverage/ very bad and low signal?

If it is defective, take it to a verizon store. Have them replace it and youll find out. Its definitely not a virus though

I already took it they just reset the phone called cs and the same thing

But why is that...about the signal my other phone was had nothing to do with 3g or 4g and never gave issues at all

If you took it to verizon and it is still acting up I would first try *228 option 2 if still isnt working I would say its a defective phone the moment they reset it which I assume you mean it was factory restored any possible infection should be gone though I doubt that was the issue in the first place.

I did the *228 thing .... since you all told me about all the possible solutions or problems ...I will just make them give a replacement phone if not then change it

Sounds like a plan are you still under a 30 day return period if so go to the store and they should give you no issues. If not just call the tech support because you will have to there anyways and call in under warranty

Im not under 30 days anymore but yes under warranty ....I don't really like the idea if the replacement phone because its a new phone, they will give me a pre owned phone ...

Maybe the Like new can be actually a new phone (generally do to being out of certified like new so they send an actual new) just when you get it test every button the headphone jack everything watch for anything unusual if you are going to root i would put it off for 30 days and see if you find any issues with it. Because you basically have 30 days again to call them and return with "practically" no questions asked.
