iPhone doesn't get my texts

So I recently got a new phone, and one of my friends unblocked me on their iPhone. When trying to text her, she gets none of my messages, but she can text me fine. I have used Go SMS, as well as the stock texting app from my phone, neither works. She is sure that she unblocked me. Is their any solutions I can try on my end, such as network settings? I am on Metro PCS with a Zenfone 2.

That's what I thought at first too, however, she texted me to check if it worked, and I did receive it. Correct me if I'm wrong, but iPhone users can't text people on their block list.

I would assume that you can text whoever you want, whether they're blocked or not, though I don't know for sure. Blocking someone usually just means that you won't get what they send, to me.
