I'm kind of a newbie and haven't found anything substantial on this subject through many searches. So I'm asking here...
Is it possible to use the Hotspot for an IP Camera? Specifically, I just got a Foscam model: FI8918W and would like to know if it is possible to use with a wifi connection to my phone.
My understanding is that port forwarding is necessary to use the IP Camera and since the initial setup needs to take place with a CAT5 cable to the router, I assume that I'll need to set it up first on my home network and then hopefully be able to change settings to work with my Thunderbolt.
So, has anyone done this successfully?
