Ok, so say I've had my phone for a while. I bought one year insurance on it- it's coming to the end of that year, and my Incredible has a few scratches on it. If I break it intentionally will the insurance give me a new one for free? Also, if it does, what would be the best way to break it? Water damage maybe? Anyway, I know this sounds unorthodox but I really am wondering about this.

IMHO...
It's not stealing, he paid for the replacement by buying insurance...
Now, WiFi Tethering, on the other hand...

Please, cpjr and wolfson1 how this is stealing. I paid for insurance, and say I actually had an accident. Would they give me a new one? That is what I want to know.

Give me a break....its INSURANCE FRAUD, whatever useless reason ya'll wanna use to clear your conscious....it's still wrong.

"if I break it intentionally", and you don't see my point.

This is insurance fraud. We will not discuss this in the Droid Forums. This thread is closed.
