Here it is. Simple walkthrough to install....steps posted below.

Open Droid 2 Bootstrap Recovery
Click on "Bootstrap Recovery"
after success pops up click "ok"
Click on "Reboot Recovery"

Once in Clockworkmod

Select "install zip from SDcard"
Select "choose zip from SDcard"
find and select "CRT_Animation.zip"
Select "Yes"
once installation is complete hit the power button to go back to main menu
Select "reboot"

That's it.

NOTE THIS IS ONLY FOR THE DROID 2 AND ONLY FOR THE ROOTED GINGERBREAD LEAK!. If you have something else and you flash this you are doing so at your own risk.

i done the above and i worked first time i hit power button and now it doesnt work anymore why would that be

i have rebooted and i have reflashed crt 3 times still no go ........do i need to mount system or anything when flashing?

No you shouldnt. I mean i guess you can try but this should be pretty straight forward.

What version of gb root are you running?

if you're having problems, make sure you haven't changed window or transition animation speed with a tool like Spare Parts. If you have, set them back to medium/normal, and it should work.

I apologize....I can't believe I didn't think of that. That's what I get for overthinking this.
