Did you try toggling airplane mode? If simply toggling it doesn't work, turn airplane mode on and turn off the phone. Then reboot and turn off airplane mode. If that doesn't work, try reflashing

Okay. I Have signal now, but texts take about 20min to get to me....

I'd say just be patient. If it continues like that for another day or so, you might have an issue and we can work with it.

Its fixed. I get texts normally. Officially rooted and moded.
