Installed JB on 3 phones

Using info from Dec 24th-ish on droid-life.com simple recovery install. No problems on 3 phones.

Much smoother interface.

Wish I could say the same... Tried to flash two and save root with rootkeeper but lost root on both devices. Tried restoreroot and getting this error /system/bin/sh su not found any suggestions?

I've never rooted my phone, but I hear JB has been rooted on other phones. I wonder if there are specific rooting tools for each phone or what. I wouldn't know.

I have rooted since droid 1...something must have just went wrong...hopefully I figure it out soon...I miss my tether :/

Installed JB yesterday. Not rooted. Everything went smoothly. Phone is working beautifully. Highly recommend the upgrade.

I was thinking of getting rid of the Maxx, and but JB has re-sparked the romance.

Yeah. It was funny to see it learn my home and work location and estimate my traffic times with pulldown notice.

Lots of other small things, like cards bring up info. too...
