No, poontab is right lithium batteries do not have memory. Charge it first by all means but you don't have to fully discharge afterwards. I charge mine on an "as needed" basis. Also you cannot overcharge these batteries, once they are fully charged they will stop charging.
Some say it is a good idea to let the battery run down once a month or so. I don't do that but it wouldn't hurt if you do that. Just don't do it every day.
