Incredible freezing when turning on

when i turned on my phone it froze on thisView attachment 57986
i thought it would go away in a couple of minutes but its been like this for 2 hours

Are you rooted? Is your phone an incredible or an incredible 2 like the one in the picture? Have you pulled the battery or just let it sit? Give us some more info so we know where to start.
