I have received the jelly bean update. First my clock was giving off the wall times; now I want to download pictures and music but my iMac with Mountain Lion doesn't recognize my phone. And it did w/icw. I have called Verizon, Apple, and Motorola. Everyone points the finger and no one helps. Tonight Judy @ Verizon stated there was a compatibility issue between the two. Does anyone else have this problem? And suggestions how to fix? Thanks, Deant
