When first started taking pictures with my Nexus by just clicking the camera button i would always get blurry shots. and i do mean always. Now im not blaming it on the camera by any means, i am just saying that if your like me and cant seem to take decent shots with the "fast" shot ability, use touch-to-focus. what ever you are taking a picture of, tap it on your screen, let it focus on it, then take a picture. you will be amazed by how much better the shots are... i was : )

Hold the shutter button for a second and let it focus, see if that helps. I am just disappointed that my pictures in the picture preview ALWAYS look different from how they display in the gallery. In the preview they're vibrant and crisp, in the gallery they're dull and washed out.

Its auto brightness. For some reason it keeeps the screen bright for the preview but dulls it for the gallery
