In the link provided in a previous post above, you can download and install the .247 ICS update that will come out for the unwashed masses in the next couple of weeks. Unless you are tech savvy and prepared to recover your phone if you brick it, I suggest waiting for the OTA push.

Bionic ics been out for months, unofficially. Numerous versions have been released. Latest is 247 like stated above.

Best bet is to run 232 and wait for the ota and just do that. at least thats what i'm doing.

Technically, neither has been announced so neither is official. However, .246 was accepted by VZW, then Moogle came out with .247 with a bridge patch to JB, which will avoid having to do a JB bridge patch before JB.
