ICS this week?

I'm excited for the update as much as I am dreading it. I'm so used to the layout of my phone now its going to take some time to get in sync with ICS. For those that installed ICS themselves, does it work nicely and without bugs?

I just installed it....It's so smooth and responsive! Way better than I thought it would be! Nothing at all to dread!!! Absolutely beautiful!!

Matt probably uploaded the ics available to Soak testers.. Which may have bugs in them which makes sense BC thatdb the sole purpose of it. The ota update would prob fix all problems...my best would be on the 28. BC takes 2-3 days to test.. A Day to polish bugs and finally release..

I have been apart of past soaks and just so you guys know, this is the final version. It won't get pulled back unless there is some major bug.

I just have to commend all the soak testers on the forum. This place has been devoid of many of the regulars as they supposedly test run our new frozen treat. When my last phone, the D2G, was soak tested for GB this forum was going crazy with reports from soak testers. The silence is truly amazing!

You will know it is getting close when you read that soak tests have started. Until then all bets are off. Just because they say Q2 doesn't necessarily it will be Q2.

Dude the soak as been going on since early Friday morning. Random people got the soak OTA. These people aren't bound by the confidentiality agreements and we have heard from them.

We are soaking.

Also it says that the roll out will begin Q2, that means the push will start by Friday, but it doesn't mean you will have it by Friday.

ICS will be able to be pulled by everyone on the 2nd. So even if you don't get the push right away on Friday, you should be set on Monday.

That said, given the lack of major bugs with the soak test, I'd be surprised if the general release doesn't start by the end of the week.

Well the orginal report was soak on the 22nd, general release on the 27th. This may be right, or atleast I hope it is lol.
