We're all simply worn out and there's nothing more to be said. Simple as that. Are 30 more people saying, "I didn't get it yet in __________" going to move this thread in some useful direction?

Seems at this point Caesars post is it. Those who were getting it early got it. Now the rest of us wait--patiently or not so patiently. However, sitting here and complaining isn't going to help anyone really. I don't mean that with any pointedness. Just sayin'.

My problem is with step 2, I hate to look like a big dork but I can't figure out how to get ics on the Sd card. Maybe that is clue that I should not attempt this and just wait...

The same way you put anything on your SD card - download it directly to your phone and then transfer it to the proper place on the SD card, or download it to a computer, connect your phone to the computer, and transfer it to the SD card (just like you're putting something on a USB flash drive).
