That really means nothing. They could simply have a coded routine that hits specific ESN's and then removes those for later wide release.
So my question is why does verizon tell people its rolling out the 22nd. If the actual update is not coming until a later date, because there is a soak test. Which I am glad for to make sure its ready with no bugs. After testing then give a real release date. Especially after all the false positives that have been issued. I am patiently waiting.
