I think i bricked my Raze Maxx!!!

So i am rooted, and wanted to download the custom rom: http://www.droidforums.net/forum/dr...-2-w-k-y-98-72-16-xt912-r3ds-ota-updater.html
I went through the instructions but didnt backup(i know its in huge red letters) and couldnt find the option to wipe data. I tried to reboot my phone because after a half hor of searching for my rom, i couldnt find it. it wont turn on and Droid Razr Utility will not fix the problem, i have already tried and it doesnt get past the first waiting for device. please help, i think i may need to buy a new phone.

Make sure your phone is set to media storage and not mass storage. That maybe why its not finding the phone.
