Alright so i have versions .10 and .13. I dropped onto my hard drive into a folder called "Android" which has alot of my Android related stuff, including fastboot.exe and adb.exe. In cmd these are the commands I was using:
C:\Users\Andy.USER-PC>cd C:\Android
C:\Android>fasboot flash nameofrecovery.img
unknown partition 'nameofrecovery.img'
error: cannot determine image filename for 'nameofrecovery.img'
I was using nameofrecovery for demonstration purposes. Does anyone know what I did wrong?

Thanks.

You can boot into recovery a few ways. My favorite is using ADB. Open command prompt and change directory to wherever you have ADB and use the command adb reboot recovery. You can also pull the battery then put it back in and hold volume down and power at the same time. You will see the recovery option. Volume buttons navigate up and down, power button to select. There are also apps like quickboot in the market if you are booted into the stock ROM. Most custom roms will have the same options if you hold down the power button and choose restart.
